Shipping And & Delivery

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated on the product page. Total estimated delivery time is usually 6–9 business days (processing + transit).

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We use a direct-from-partner fulfillment model to keep prices competitive and maintain consistent availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped with tracking. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package — this is normal. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment so you can follow delivery end-to-end. Shipping is free on all orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@eclairatherapy.com and provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item you want to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by our team.

Please Note

For safety and hygiene reasons, we currently do not offer free return and exchange services for reasons other than product quality issues. We will charge a restocking fee of 10%–20% for non-product quality-related returns.

If your return is approved, store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit is provided as a digital code that can be used toward a future purchase.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eclairatherapy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide return instructions and, once the item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or send a replacement, depending on the situation. Store credit is processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGE?
